Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MeetingMint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to both the MeetingMint marketing website and the MeetingMint application service.
Service description
MeetingMint application
MeetingMint provides meeting capture, transcription, summarization, and export services. You upload meeting audio, which we process to provide transcripts, speaker labels, summaries, and exports.
Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for service interruptions.
Use of the service
Acceptable use
You agree to use MeetingMint for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to: upload content you do not have rights to; violate applicable laws; infringe on others' rights; interfere with service operation; or circumvent access controls.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Data and content
Your data
You own the meeting recordings, transcripts, and other content you upload to MeetingMint. We provide you with the ability to access and export your data at any time.
Data retention
MeetingMint retains your data as necessary to provide the service and as required by law. You may request deletion of your data and account at any time.
Service usage
MeetingMint uses your data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your meeting content to train models without your consent.
Security and privacy
We protect your data with industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and audit logging. For details on our security and privacy practices, see our Security page and Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetingMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
By you
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@meetingmint.com. Upon termination, you may export your data before it is deleted.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in an unlawful or harmful manner. We will provide notice when practicable, except in cases of fraud or harm to users or systems.
Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notices or email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
General provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MeetingMint regarding your use of the service. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles.
